When I saw Caela Conn Tyler’s interpretation of Renoir’s Piazza San Marco, I knew I had to do it! I loved the color interpretations, the feeling of rain on the Piazza, the beauty and serenity of the Piazza in the rain.

I will always treasure the memories of being in the Piazza with my husband and child playing with the pigeons. And the memories of stitching the piece with a great friend and mentor will never fade! Ever thankful that she found the perfect frames!!! Sure hope Caela does not mind the few changes I made – like adding a layer of Bridal tulle on top to give the feeling of a Venice rain drizzle!
