Invest In the Future of Needlearts

Rachel Watkins and her Best-of-Show winning work, The Big Horn Sheep (The Exemplary 2019)
Your support of NAN makes it possible to educate and inspire the next wave of teachers, judges, technicians, and artists, and to increase public appreciation of embroidery. In addition, you can honor your friends and family by making a gift in their memory or in appreciation of their contributions to the field.
NAN is a 501(c)(3) organization, allowing contributions to be deducted from the donor’s taxable income to the full extent allowed by law. All donations are acknowledged by US Mail and in NANthology, the official NAN publication.
The Angel Fund was established to help underwrite the expense of The Exemplary. This annual exhibition supports our educational efforts by offering a forum for artists and teachers to display their works; by providing a training opportunity for judges working on certification; and by inspiring needlework enthusiasts at all levels of expertise. Entry fees do not cover all of the exhibition expenses. Your contribution is essential in seeing that this venue for sharing our appreciation of the needlearts continues.
The Circle Fund is based on the concept of a circle: what goes around comes around. This fund provides scholarships for graduate study that are awarded to deserving individuals in our Teachers’ and Judges’ Certification Programs. Your contribution to this fund ensures that we pass our shared love of needleart to those who follow us, and in doing so, keep the needlearts alive.
Unrestricted donations allow us to build on our current programs, and to develop new programs as the field of needleart evolves.
