Mary K was certified as a judge by the American Needlepoint Guild (ANG) in 1993, as a Master Teacher by ANG in 1994 and received her Master Judge certification from the National Academy of Needlearts (NAN) in 2005. Judging locally and nationally, she served on the Judging Certification Committee for ANG. She has also served ANG as Vice Chairman of the Master Teacher Program, Vice President of Education and Acting President.
